Hydraulic Bollard

General Information:
Optima HRB-HS-CT series hydraulic crash tested retractable bollards are designed for high security vehicle entrances, military, industrial, governmental and commercial buildings or streets which are closed to vehicle traffic between certain hours of the day. These units are designed to PAS68: 7500[N3]/80/90:3.5/22.8 standards.
The drive unit is hydraulic, but in case of power failure hydraulic bollard can be lowered or lifted manually with the help of manual hand pumps. With the help of PLC controlled electronics, raise/lower function can be achieved by every kind of card readers, biometric readers like fingerprint or hand shape, radio control, on/off key switch etc. Besides, safety accessories like photocells, inductive loop detectors, flashing lights or red/green lights can be integrated to the system.
Hydraulic Bollard
| HRB-PROTECTOR
General Information:
Optima HRB-PROTECTOR series hydraulic crash tested retractable bollards are especially designed for entrances that have very high security requirements to keep vehicle access under control. In addition to the control of vehicle access in high security applications, if there is a threat of vehicle attack from high tonnage vehicles with high speeds, it is not possible for the vehicle to keep on moving forward anymore beyond the bollards as crash tested bollard destroy the vehicle completely.
Optima crash tested protector series bollards are designed for ASTM F2656M-15 crash rating (equivalent to PAS68, K12). Actual test was fully successful and the product is certified according to ASTM F2656M-15 (grade P1, zero penetration). Even after the crash, Optima HRB-PROTECTOR bollard was still operational.

Shallow Mount Fix Bollard
| FXB-CT-SHM (Zero Penetration)

Optima FXB-CT-SHM crash tested shallow mount fix bollards are designed to close the ways with the permanent solution. By concreting the fixed bollard into the ground, it won’t be possible to remove the bollard again. Fixed bollards can have same appearance with the hydraulic bollards. Optima FXB-CT-SHM crash tested shallow mount fix bollards are suitable for military, governmental and commercial buildings or streets which are closed to vehicle traffic permanently.
Optima FXB-CT-SHM crash tested shallow mount fix bollards destroyed the vehicle and it was still standing after the impact. Therefore Optima crash tested bollards successfully achieved and certified ASTM F 2656-07 M50/P1 (zero penetration).
Optima FXB-CT-SHM crash-tested shallow mount fix bollards are suitable solutions for the places in which deep foundation is not possible. The bollard depth is only 40 cm.
Fixed Bollard

Optima FXB-CT-R5 fixed bollards are designed to close the ways with the permanent solution. By concreting the fixed bollard into the ground, it won’t be possible to remove the bollard again. Optima FXB fixed bollards dimensional characteristics can be customized according to site requirements. Fixed bollards can have the same appearance as the hydraulic bollards.

By concreting the fixed bollard into the ground, it won’t be possible to remove the bollard again. Fixed bollards can have same appearance with the hydraulic bollards. Optima FXB-CT crash tested fixed bollards are suitable for military, governmental and commercial buildings or streets which are closed to vehicle traffic permanently.
Optima FXB-CT crash tested fixed bollard destroyed the vehicle and it was still standing after the impact. Therefore Optima crash tested bollards successfully achieved and certified PAS 68: V/7500[N3]/80/90:0.0/21.7 zero penetration (This means that M50-P1 “zero penetration” according to American standard).

Optima FRB-01 crash tested fixed bollards are suitable for military, governmental and commercial buildings or streets which are closed to vehicle traffic permanently.
Optima FRB-01 crash tested fixed bollard destroyed the vehicle and it was still standing after the impact. Therefore Optima crash tested bollards successfully achieved and certified PAS 68: V/7500[N3]/80/90:5.4/25.0 standards.

Built-in Hydraulic Bollard

RAB-800 can be installed as a single bollard as well as in group of bollards with the help of individual hydraulic unit.
